How are Bureau Benjamin creations made?
Each creation comes from the imagination of Benjamin Guedj. These objects of desire come from the different visuals he proposes under his pseudonym @oursroux. All creations are made in small quantities. Depending on the know-how required for the realization of the different elements, we call upon the most technical and qualitative specialists from all over the world. This handmade production requires a longer creation time which is a guarantee of quality and responsibility.
Will there be more designs available?

Is the shop secure?
All transactions made on the site are highly secure. Furthermore, Bureau Benjamin undertakes not to keep your bank details. Finally, we reinforce the security of payments thanks to the 3D Secure system for Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards that are equipped with it. How do I make a return?
You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to inform us of your intention. Please send this request to firstname.lastname@example.org .
The product must not have been used, modified or damaged. It must be returned in its original packaging. Any return that does not conform or is unsuitable for resale (damaged, spoiled, used or soiled) will be rejected and the parts will be sent back to you.
Any request for a return (including an exchange) must be declared in advance by e-mail to email@example.com . Please also specify the method of refund chosen (Exchange, Credit valid on the site or Refund).
Once this request has been accepted, we will tell you how to return your package. Whatever the type of return, the item must be returned in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.
Returns are now free in France, and we will provide you with a prepaid Colissimo label by email after your return request has been accepted.
